Booking Application Form – Social and Corporate Functions
The following terms and conditions apply to all formally accepted applications for use of the North Worcestershire Golf Club.
Application confirmation.
A successful application for the use of the Golf Club facilities will be the subject of a formally signed application form.
Application reference number.
The formally approved application form will show a reference number that you are required to use at all subsequent communication relative to the application.
Use of Club House facilities.
The application form allows a request to be made for the use of the Club House facilities. i.e. Lounge/Restaurant etc.
Hire Details – Members.
The precise details of the hire of the Club House facilities (Lounge/Restaurant/Meal Arrangements) will be subject of a separate conversation between the requester and the Club Steward.
Hire Details – Non Members.
Requests for the hire of the Club House facilities by persons who are not members of the Golf Club are subject to vetting by the Vice Captain. If permission is granted by the Vice Captain the booking form will be sent to the applicant by the Club Steward.
Hire Charge.
Members. A hire charge of £50 will be made.
Non-Members. A minimum hire charge of £50 will be made. This covers a period of up to 3 hours.
A charge of £15 per hour (or part of an hour) will be made thereafter.
e.g. If the facilities are booked for 7 hours the charge will be £50 + (4 x £15) = £110
Damage Deposit.
A refundable Damage Deposit of £50 for members and £150 for non members will be charged.
This charge is made on the basis that subject to the Club Steward being satisfied that no damage has been realised the full Damage Deposit will be refunded.
Club House Dress Code.
Smart casual wear for men and women is permitted. Dress NOT permitted includes – Trainers, Jeans, Track suits, Tee shirts, Collarless shirts,
Shorts cannot be worn in the Members Bar, Lounge and Restaurant.
It is the responsibility of the Member or Non member booking the facilities to notify each of their party, prior to the function, that they must comply with the dress code.
NOTE: All food and drink must be purchased from The North Worcestershire Golf Club. No food or drink should be brought onto the premises.
No access to the playing or practice areas of the Golf Course is allowed without the permission of the Club Steward.
